Horrible experience!!!! Went to purchase a pressure washer during the close out sale. When I found what I was looking for I then found a sales clerk and showed her my phone and it had the pressure washer with a lower price and get this it was at the Boardman Oh store for $20 less. I asked her if they price matched and she told me no. I Googled to see if they did price match right in front of her and it said all sears price match
She stated to me that her hands were tied and couldn't do anything. Now tell me how your having a close out sale and still be higher priced than all other sears. Can you say false advertising. I guess I will be going to Boardman. Update: I saved $70 on the pressure washer and the next model higher. Also found out its not Sears fault they hired a liquidator to sell them out. Sooooo can't blame them. The liquidator jacks the prices up throws a sale sign on it and calls it a sale. So beware!!!!
I will never for the rest of my like buy anything from sears. K mart or anyone that makes them money. Being a customer doesn't mean anything to them. Service sheduals are absolutley unacceptable!! As a mother of three having a washer work and be reliable is a must! Mine isn't even a year old and and thus company doesn't care that I have spent very hard earned Money with them and expect them to stand by their products!! They DON'T!!! I HATE SEARS!!
Little disappointed I drove all the way there because this app says they open at 9 AM and it didn't open until 10 AM
Terrible experience. Bought a washing machine, clerk rang it up.....no receipt was printed...computer locked up. Then called some woman to help...she was useless...then went to another computer terminal. ..rang it up agsin....same problem. Got my money back and left....This Sears needs to close down...SOON!!!
The customer service I received at Sears was far better than any other store in the area. They were very helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. The clearance sales were incredible. I bought a tractor and the sales associate knew the answers to all of my questions and when I checked out I was able to save an extra percentage with a coupon she gave me and with some of my rewards points. I hope they stay where they are because they are my go-to store for all of my appliances. I love the new spring clothing, especially when they have the 15% off coupons. Much better than my experiences at Lowes and Walmart!
