Also, he has the worst website I have ever seen!!

He was arrogant, rude, and condescending. I wanted to buy the house, but he scared me away. I do not trust him at all. He ended up yelling at me and hanging up on me when I told him his behavior was inappropriate. Truth be told, his behavior is unethical and borderline abusive.

The negative review below was written by an angry customer that called, infuriated with me because a foreclosure REO property, in which she was interested, had already received several cash offers. She was working with an agent in Pittsburgh that obviously didn't care about her, so he he told her to call me direct and have me show her the house and he would then write up a contract contingent upon financing. This particular property was not in good repair and my client was NOT entertaining financed offers, (only ALL CASH). I explained to her or rather, I tried to explain to her, that the property was not available with a finance contingency. She did NOT agree with that philosophy and proceeded to explain why her offer is exactly the same as the ALL CASH offer my client required. I explained to her that this property had to be an ALL CASH purchase and maybe I could interest her in another property. But the more I tried to help her understand, the more angry she became. She isisted that I had to show her the property because her agent was not avaiallble but that he would be available to write up the purchase offer and thus earn his commission. I tried to explain to her that it "Just didn't work that way" and that I already had several cash offers on the property and if her agent wanted to show her the property that he was welcome to do so. She kept cutting me off and reciting back to me what I had just said but changing my words. I finally told her that I couldn't spend any more time on the phone with her; that she could call the agent with which she had a Buyer Representation Contract and he could help her because I could not. She was so agitated and maybe didn't like my calm and deliberate responses. She wanted to keep me on the phone while she explained to me that the way we were doing things was not "Fair" (because she felt that even though she was NOT a CASH buyer, that her offer should be just as attractive to my client as an all cash offer) and I agreed with her that life is not "FAIR". I told her that millionaires usually have an unfair advantage over buyers that need to finance homes and typically the cash offer wins. I don't make decisions for my clients, only present offers and let them decide. That was not the response she wanted and she flipped out on me. I felt, at that time, it would be futile to spend any more time trying to explain things to her because she was not accepting or understanding my previous remarks; So, I told her to have a nice day and I hung up the phone. She called back and I let the call go to voicemail because I just didn't have the answers for which she was looking. Her voice message was less than kind. She used every profanity under the sun while threatening to turn me into the Board of Realtors and the Attorney General, etc.. I guess those entities were not buying what she was selling, so she turned to Google and voiced her delusional comment here. Since it is still here after 4 years, I decided to tell my side of the story. Thanks for reading and God Bless You!

Awsome

I had such a bad experience with JC Horton II. He displayed an anger management problem. He was rude to my agent over email. I called to try to see a house he had for sale. He was awful on the phone, telling me how it is okay to call other agents ignorant (he does so in his standard email reply to any and all other agents), how he has hates doing foreclosures, and has all kinds of customers wasting his time. Um...all I was trying to do was buy a house he supposedly was trying to sell that had been on the market for 2 years already?

There are so many agents out there...Find an agent to list your house who will be nice to agents and buyers and actually try to SELL the house...at the very least, not drive away buyers who want to buy your house!!
