The check-in occurred within 5 minutes of arrival. The intake of chief complaint and vitals occurred within ten minutes and I was in a room within 15 minutes of arrival. I waited a mere 15 minutes in a room for the Physician who obviously reviewed my chart and had follow-up questions which helped guide her to a quick diagnosis based on history, symptoms and thorough exam.

I don't understand why this place is getting such bad reviews. I have gone here many times for different reasons and every time we get in and out quickly and we are happy with our results.. Go down the street to Jameson Hospital ER and then you will have something to complain about.
Very good service, more professional than urgent care, quick service for what I needed. Physical was only $30 and I got in and out in under an hour.
Again, based on timing I was in a pinch so I was releived that they also had a small Pharmacy in house. Which was amazing for my situation as there were no Pharmacies open at 8pm on a Sunday night prior to Memorial Day.
Awful! Went in and told The doctor what my doctor wanted me to get. (Chest x-ray). I was told pneumonia is not contagious and I just had a cold virus. I left there and went straight to the ER. Where I received a chest x-ray along with numerous other tests.... I have an extremely elevatedwhite blood cell count and guess what else???? Pneumonia!!!! So I paid a $75 co-pay to be told I have a cold then another $150 co-pay in the ER to get my correct diagnosis! Thanks you guys really made my day!!!!!!
Out of necessity on a Sunday evening on the day before Memorial Day I was left with one option for Urgent Care, MedExpress in New Castle, PA. Seeing the rating on Google I had concerns, however after my visit I was very pleased I chose to drive 30 minutes across state lines to go here.
