Drew, the manager at Union Square Plaza told me that although it's common courtesy to call customers when they overdraft, it's not really a priority, or a requirement, so take that as it is. She also went on to scold my person and the way that I handle my banking practices, as if that somehow alleviates her and her branch of any wrong-doing.
Not one of the most popular "big banks" around the area, but this has a hometown feel to it. I've only recently started banking with them and I truly enjoy going into the bank. It's nice to see smiling faces and to receive fantastic customer service. Also so helpful. Thanks!!!
This branch is quite possibly the worst out of all locations. After using their mobile deposit option, I deposited a check, but the check mysteriously disappeared from FCB's mobile banking app or FCB's records all together. The location on East Washington Street made it clear that they always call their customers the day their account goes negative, but FCB in Union Square Plaza went a week with no attempts to contact me, but they did continually charge me overdraft fees and a daily charge.
worst bank I've ever had, lazy people that cant give a moment in the day to help customers, would give no stars but have to put at least one
